Requirements
Valid Philippine maritime licenses appropriate for the applied rank
Proven experience in tugboat or harbor operations
For Deck Officers:
Experience with Z-Peller tugboats (where applicable)
For Engineers:
Experience with Niigata engines is an advantage
Valid DCOC certification for AB and Oiler positions
Physically fit for duty and capable of port operations work
Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
Good discipline, teamwork, and safety awareness
