Chief Officer for Oil Chemical Tanker Vessel

Job Description

Status Maritime Corp. is urgently recruiting experienced Chief Officers for Oil/Chemical Tankers. The successful candidates will assist the Master in managing deck operations, cargo handling, navigation, and onboard safety in compliance with tanker operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise deck crew and daily deck operations.
• Oversee cargo loading, discharging, and cargo safety procedures.
• Assist with navigation and bridge watchkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and maritime regulations.
• Maintain deck equipment and required operational records.

Requirements

• Valid Chief Officer Certificate of Competency.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant experience on Oil/Chemical Tankers.
• Valid passport and seafarer's documents.
• Good English communication skills.
