Chief Officer for Aframax Tanker Vessel

Job Description:

PT. Aliyah Est Indonesia is looking for an experienced Chief Officer to join an Aframax Tanker.

The Chief Officer will assist the Master in managing deck operations, cargo handling, stability, and onboard safety. Previous experience in the same rank on Aframax Tankers is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising deck operations and deck crew activities.
• Planning and monitoring cargo loading, discharging, and tank operations.
• Maintaining vessel stability and ensuring compliance with cargo procedures.
• Managing deck maintenance and safety inspections.
• Assisting the Master with vessel administration and operational duties.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Chief Officer on Aframax Tankers is mandatory.
• Updated BST MSC 560.
• All documents and certificates valid for more than 18 months.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Fluent English communication skills.
