Chief Officer for General Cargo Fleet (Philippines)

Job Description:
PACC Shipping Phils., Inc. is looking for an experienced Chief Officer to join its General Cargo fleet. A minimum of 24 months of experience in the same rank and on General Cargo vessels is required.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Master with safe navigation and vessel operations.
• Supervise cargo loading, discharging and stowage operations.
• Manage deck crew and oversee deck maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with onboard safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 24 months of experience as a Chief Officer on General Cargo vessels.
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC).
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Valid passport and seaman’s book.
• Good command of English.
