Chief Officer for Merchant Fleet (Philippines)

Job Description:
PACC Shipping Phils., Inc. is recruiting an experienced Chief Officer for its tanker fleet. Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of experience in the same rank and on Tanker vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Master in the safe navigation and operation of the vessel.
• Supervise cargo handling, loading and discharging operations.
• Manage deck crew and oversee deck maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with tanker safety procedures and company regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 24 months of experience as a Chief Officer on Tanker vessels.
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC).
• Valid STCW certificates, including applicable tanker training.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Valid passport and seaman’s book.
• Good command of English.
