Deck Cadet for Oil Tanker Vessel (UAE)

Job Description:

IMC Job Finder is hiring an experienced Deck Cadet to join an Oil Tanker vessel trading in the UAE, Oman, and Yemen. The successful candidate will support the deck department with routine operations, maintenance, watchkeeping, and other duties under the supervision of qualified deck officers. Previous Oil Tanker experience is required, and the selected candidate must be ready for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Assist deck officers with daily deck operations and maintenance. 
•  Support mooring, anchoring, and cargo-related activities. 
•  Participate in navigational and safety duties under supervision. 
•  Assist with inspections, cleaning, and upkeep of deck equipment. 
•  Follow all onboard safety procedures and instructions from senior officers. 

Requirements:

•  Valid STCW certificates. 
•  Valid seafarer documents. 
•  Good English communication skills. 
•  Relevant experience as a Deck Cadet. 
• Previous Oil Tanker experience is mandatory.
•  Ready for immediate joining.
