Key Responsibilities:
As per company and cruise line policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient guest service in accordance with the cruise line's high standards.
· Performing daily duties specific to the assigned role (e.g., food & beverage service, cabin cleaning, and maintenance).
· Ensuring strict adherence to all public health, safety, and sanitation protocols (PHSS).
· Working collaboratively in a large, diverse, and fast-paced team environment.
· Participating in onboard training, guest activities, and emergency drills as required.

Requirements:
· Valid passport.
· Valid medical fitness certificate from a DOH-accredited clinic, suitable for cruise ship employment.
· Excellent proficiency in English communication (both oral and written) is mandatory.
· For F&B Assistant Steward: Minimum 24 months of recent experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant. Experience with international guests is preferred.
· For Cabin Steward: Minimum 24 months of recent experience as a Room Attendant in a 3-star hotel, or minimum 12 months in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
· For both positions: The last relevant work experience must be within the last 2 years.
