Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for various galley and kitchen-related positions onboard cruise vessels. Candidates should have experience working in 4 to 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants, with recent and relevant skills in food preparation and kitchen operations.

• Commis

• Assistant Cook
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operating kitchen equipment and dishwashing machines
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the galley
• Assisting in food preparation and kitchen support activities
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Supporting senior kitchen staff and ensuring smooth galley operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year related work experience in 4 to 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants
• Experience with dishwashing machines is mandatory
• Relevant work experience should be recent (not older than 2 years)
• Preferably valid and on-hand travel documents
• Good English communication skills
