Job Description:
We are currently hiring experienced Catering Crew for Offshore vessels operating in Saudi Arabia. The project involves long-term offshore operations with strict safety and catering standards.
Candidates must have strong galley management skills, experience working at sea, and the ability to maintain high hygiene and food safety standards in offshore conditions. Experience on offshore vessels or large crews will be considered an advantage.
Open Positions & Criteria:
• Baker
Minimum 5 years of sea experience (as Cook or Baker)
• Campboss
Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years at sea as Cook
• Chief Cook
Minimum 8 years of experience as Chief Cook
• Cook
Minimum 5 years of experience as Cook
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparation of meals according to company standards
• Maintaining galley hygiene and food safety compliance
• Managing food storage and inventory
• Supervising catering staff (for Campboss and Chief Cook)
• Ensuring quality catering services for offshore crew
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Good command of English
• Relevant offshore or sea-going catering experience
• Ability to work in offshore rotation conditions
