Job Description

Select Offshore is expanding its catering crew database in preparation for upcoming offshore projects and is seeking experienced Night Cooks.

The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving meals during night shifts while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals during night shifts.
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the galley.
• Monitor food supplies and storage conditions.
• Follow onboard food safety and HSE procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Night Cook, preferably in offshore catering.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a catering team.
• Relevant offshore visas or work permits are an advantage.
