Job Description:
SWAR INDIA SHIPPING SERVICES PVT. LTD. is recruiting an experienced Cook to join a Research Vessel (GRT 1000).
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of cooking experience, preferably onboard vessels. The successful applicant should have good knowledge of meal preparation, menu planning, food storage, and galley hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing daily meals for officers and crew members.
• Planning menus and managing food provisions.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the galley.
• Ensuring proper food storage and handling procedures.
• Monitoring food supplies and minimizing food waste.
