Job Description:

An urgent vacancy is available for an experienced Cook onboard an Oil Products Tanker flying the Comoros flag. The vessel was built in 2016 and has a GRT of 2,998.

The Cook will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and galley operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing daily meals for officers and crew.
• Planning menus and managing food supplies.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the galley.
• Ensuring proper food storage and handling.
• Following onboard food safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

• Relevant Cook qualifications and food handling certificates.
