Job Description

Select Offshore is looking for experienced Day Cooks to join its offshore catering crew database for upcoming projects.

The role involves preparing and serving meals during day shifts, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring that high standards of food quality and service are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook daily meals according to the catering schedule.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Monitor food stocks and storage conditions.
• Follow onboard food safety and HSE procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Day Cook, preferably in offshore catering.
• Good cooking skills and knowledge of food hygiene standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a catering team.
• Relevant offshore visas or work permits are an advantage.
