Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the Galley Department onboard a global cruise brand. The Sous Chef is responsible for supervising specific kitchen sections and ensuring high-quality food production in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise assigned galley sections
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards
• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance
• Train and mentor junior culinary staff
• Support inventory control and provisioning
Requirements:
• Experience as Sous Chef in cruise, luxury hotel, or high-end restaurant
• Experience in large-scale catering operations
• Valid passport and travel documentation
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
