Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to support senior culinary leadership onboard a world-class cruise line. The Junior Sous Chef assists in daily operations and ensures consistency in food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Sous Chef and Executive team in food preparation
• Supervise kitchen staff during service
• Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations
• Maintain quality control standards
• Support inventory and stock management
Requirements:
• Previous experience as Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie
• Cruise experience preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in luxury or high-volume environments encouraged
• Valid passport and travel documents
• Ability to adapt to international work environment
