We are currently partnering with a world-renowned cruise line to recruit an experienced Executive Chef for their Galley Department onboard luxury cruise vessels operating worldwide. The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall culinary operation onboard, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cost control.
This position is ideal for a senior culinary professional with strong leadership skills and experience managing large, multicultural galley teams in high-volume hospitality environments.
• Lead and manage the entire Galley Department
• Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and service quality
• Ensure compliance with international maritime hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage food cost control, inventory, and provisioning
• Supervise and train culinary staff
• Maintain guest satisfaction and culinary excellence
Requirements:
• Previous experience as Executive Chef onboard cruise vessels or luxury hospitality environment
• Experience in high-volume catering operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Valid passport and full travel documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Good English communication skills
