We are recruiting an Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in managing the Galley Department onboard a world-renowned cruise line. The Executive Sous Chef ensures operational excellence in all food production areas and supervises culinary teams to maintain high standards.

• Assist Executive Chef in daily galley operations
• Supervise culinary teams and food production
• Ensure food safety compliance and hygiene standards
• Monitor quality control and presentation standards
• Support cost control and inventory management
• Previous experience as Executive Sous Chef or senior Sous Chef
• Cruise experience is a plus
• Experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants encouraged
• Valid passport and full travel documentation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
