Support safe and efficient offshore marine and construction operations. Conduct barge, deck, engineering, lifting, rigging, and maintenance activities as applicable. Operate and maintain cranes, machinery, winches, mechanical systems, and technical equipment. Supervise rigging, crane, mechanical, or barge operations where required. Carry out planned maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs. Support offshore cargo handling, lifting, pipe installation, and project activities. Maintain operational readiness and accurate technical documentation. Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, emergency drills, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, company HSE requirements, and applicable offshore standards. Work effectively within a professional multinational offshore team. Requirements General Requirements Previous experience in the relevant position. Previous offshore, barge, crane barge, construction vessel, or similar marine experience preferred. Valid STCW 2010 certification relevant to the position. Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) / Certificate of Proficiency (COP) where applicable. Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate. Relevant technical, trade, crane, rigging, or safety certifications as required. Good English communication skills. Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities. Physically and medically fit for offshore service. Position-Specific Requirements Barge Master / Barge Officer / Chief Officer Valid Deck Officer CoC. Proven marine and offshore vessel experience. Previous barge or construction vessel experience preferred. Barge Engineer / Assistant Barge Engineer / 3rd Engineer Valid Engineer CoC or relevant engineering qualification. Previous offshore vessel or barge engineering experience. ETO Valid ETO certification. Experience with marine electrical, automation, and control systems. Main Crane Operator Valid offshore crane operator certification. Proven experience operating heavy offshore cranes. Rigger / Rigger Foreman Valid rigging certification. Previous offshore lifting and rigging experience. Supervisory experience required for Rigger Foreman. Pipe Fitter Relevant pipe-fitting/trade qualification. Previous offshore construction or maintenance experience preferred. Mechanic / Mechanic Foreman Relevant mechanical qualification. Proven offshore equipment maintenance experience. Supervisory experience required for Mechanic Foreman. Machinist Relevant machinist/trade qualification. Experience with machining and repair of marine/offshore equipment. Radio Operator Valid radio/GMDSS-related certification as applicable. Relevant marine communication experience. AB / Oiler Valid relevant STCW COP. Previous offshore vessel experience preferred. Catering Positions Previous shipboard or offshore catering experience. Relevant food hygiene certification where applicable.
