Job Description:

OOS International is continuously recruiting qualified and experienced offshore professionals to join its Accommodation Vessel operations.

The company is seeking experienced marine, offshore, DP, engineering, electrical, crane, and deck personnel. Candidates with relevant offshore accommodation vessel, offshore construction, or comparable maritime experience are encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates will support safe and efficient vessel operations, offshore personnel accommodation, marine activities, lifting operations, technical maintenance, and compliance with international maritime and offshore safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform duties according to the assigned position and company procedures
• Support safe and efficient accommodation vessel and offshore operations
• Maintain vessel positioning, navigation, marine systems, and offshore operations as applicable
• Operate and maintain cranes, machinery, electrical systems, and technical equipment
• Carry out planned and corrective maintenance activities
• Support personnel transfers, lifting operations, deck activities, and offshore project operations
• Monitor operational readiness and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
• Participate in emergency drills, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety meetings
• Maintain accurate operational, technical, and maintenance documentation
• Work effectively within a professional multinational offshore team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the position applied for
• Previous experience onboard accommodation vessels, offshore support vessels, construction vessels, or similar offshore units preferred
• Valid STCW certification package applicable to the position
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) / Certificate of Proficiency (COP) where applicable
• Valid offshore safety and medical certificates as required
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book where applicable
• Relevant position-specific qualifications and licenses
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
• Physically and medically fit for offshore service

Position-Specific Requirements:

Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)
• Proven offshore management experience
• Strong leadership and HSE management skills
• Relevant OIM / offshore management qualifications and certifications

Chief Officer
• Valid Deck Officer Certificate of Competency
• Previous senior offshore vessel experience
• Strong marine operations, deck management, and safety experience

Senior DP Officer / DPO
• Valid DP certification appropriate to the position
• Proven experience operating DP vessels
• Previous offshore accommodation / construction vessel experience preferred

Crane Operator
• Valid offshore crane operator certification
• Proven experience operating offshore cranes
• Relevant lifting and rigging knowledge

Chief Engineer
• Valid Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency
• Previous offshore vessel engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of propulsion, auxiliary, and technical systems

Second Engineer
• Valid Second Engineer Certificate of Competency
• Relevant offshore engineering experience
• Strong maintenance and troubleshooting skills

Chief Electrician
• Relevant electrical qualification / certification
• Proven marine or offshore electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical, automation, and control systems

Able Seaman (AB)
• Valid Able Seafarer Deck certification
• Previous offshore vessel experience preferred
• Deck maintenance, mooring, and cargo-handling experience
