Job Description:

An urgent recruitment campaign is underway for experienced crew members to join an Aqua Tug Vessel.

The company is seeking qualified Masters, Marine Engineers, and a Cook with relevant maritime certification and proven experience in the same rank onboard Aqua Tug Vessels.

Candidates must meet all certification requirements and have practical experience in the exact position applied for.

Deck Department

• 1st Class Master

Engineering Department

• Chief Engineer – MEO Class III (CEO)
• 2nd Engineer – MEO Class IV

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform duties according to the assigned rank and vessel procedures
• Ensure safe and efficient Aqua Tug operations
• Carry out navigation, watchkeeping, towing, and deck operations as applicable
• Operate and maintain propulsion, auxiliary, and technical systems
• Perform planned maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting
• Maintain safety, emergency preparedness, and operational readiness
• Follow applicable maritime regulations, company procedures, and HSE requirements
• Participate in drills, toolbox talks, and onboard safety meetings
• Support effective teamwork and professional vessel operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the same rank onboard Aqua Tug Vessels is mandatory
• Valid maritime certificates and licenses relevant to the position
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
• Physically and medically fit for sea service
• Availability for urgent deployment

Position-Specific Requirements:

1st Class Master
• Valid 1st Class Master Certificate / CoC
• Proven experience as 1st Class Master on Aqua Tug Vessels

2nd Class Master
• Valid 2nd Class Master Certificate / CoC
• Proven experience as 2nd Class Master on Aqua Tug Vessels

Chief Engineer – MEO Class III
• Valid MEO Class III Certificate of Competency
• Previous Chief Engineer experience on Aqua Tug Vessels
• Strong knowledge of propulsion and auxiliary machinery

2nd Engineer – MEO Class IV
• Valid MEO Class IV Certificate of Competency
• Previous 2nd Engineer experience on Aqua Tug Vessels
• Relevant engine-room maintenance and operational experience

Cook with COC
• Valid Cook / Catering Certificate of Competency
• Previous Cook experience onboard Aqua Tug Vessels
• Knowledge of food hygiene, galley operations, and crew catering standards
