Requirements
• Relevant offshore, marine, or oil & gas experience in a similar position
• Valid STCW certification (for marine crew)
• Offshore safety training such as BOSIET, HUET, FOET, or equivalent (as required)
• Good English communication skills
• Valid trade certificates and competency documents for technical positions
Role-Specific Experience
Engineers / ETO / Electrician / Mechanic
• Experience on offshore support vessels, construction vessels, AHTS, PSV, DSV, or similar vessels
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
Crane Operator & Lifting Supervisor
• Offshore lifting and crane operations experience
• Familiarity with lifting plans, risk assessments, and lifting equipment inspections
ROV Operator
• Experience operating and maintaining ROV systems
• Offshore subsea inspection, survey, or intervention experience is highly valued
Excavator Operator
• Experience with offshore construction, dredging, or marine civil projects preferred
Safety Officer
• Offshore HSE experience
• NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualifications are often advantageous
