Crew for Floating Crane Vessel (Guinea)

Job Description:
PT Setya Dharma Maritim Manajemen is urgently recruiting qualified and experienced Indonesian crew to join a Floating Crane operation in Guinea, West Africa. Candidates must have previous Floating Crane experience, while experience working in Africa is also required. Joining is planned for the end of October 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Performing duties according to the assigned rank and position onboard the Floating Crane.
• Supporting cargo handling, crane, deck, engine-room, or catering operations as applicable.
• Operating and maintaining assigned equipment and machinery.
• Following onboard safety procedures and operational requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and international maritime regulations.

Requirements:

• Indonesian nationality.
• Valid STCW certificates and required seafarer documents.
• Previous experience onboard / working with Floating Cranes is mandatory.
• Previous experience in Africa is required.
• Maximum age: 50 years old.
• Good English communication skills.
• All certificates and documents must be valid until 2028.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
