Job Description

TOS People Indonesia is urgently recruiting a full crew for a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) operating in the offshore sector.

Applications are invited from qualified and experienced seafarers for deck, engine, dynamic positioning, and catering positions. Candidates must hold the relevant qualifications for their rank and be prepared to work in a professional offshore environment while maintaining high standards of safety and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel in accordance with company procedures and applicable maritime regulations.
• Carrying out deck operations, cargo handling, and offshore supply activities as required.
• Operating and maintaining vessel machinery, electrical systems, and technical equipment.
• Supporting dynamic positioning operations where required by the assigned position and qualifications.
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food service standards in catering and accommodation areas.
• Participating in emergency drills and complying with onboard safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and experience for the applied position.
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) or Certificate of Proficiency (CoP), as applicable to the rank.
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the position.
• Valid seafarer medical fitness certificate.
• Valid passport and Seaman’s Book.
• Previous PSV or offshore vessel experience is an advantage.
• DPO applicants must hold appropriate dynamic positioning qualifications and experience where required.
• ETO / Electrician applicants must hold relevant electrical qualifications and certificates.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural crew.

Additional rank-specific certificates, offshore safety training, and minimum experience requirements may apply.
