OS for Chemical Tanker Vessel

Job Description

Aaugustea is recruiting 3 Ordinary Seamen for Chemical Tankers. The OS will assist the deck department with routine maintenance, cleaning, mooring, cargo support, and other seamanship duties under the supervision of senior deck crew.

Candidates should have relevant tanker experience and a FRAMO pumps background.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with mooring and anchoring operations.
• Performing cleaning, painting, chipping, and general deck maintenance.
• Supporting cargo operations under supervision.
• Handling deck equipment and stores as directed.
• Participating in safety drills and maintaining safe working practices.

Requirements

• Valid OS qualification and seafarer documentation.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Relevant tanker experience.
• FRAMO pumps background.
• Valid Seafarer's Book and passport.
• Proficiency in English communication.
