AB for Aframax Tanker Vessel

PT. Aliyah Est Indonesia is urgently looking for an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join an Aframax Tanker.

The AB will be responsible for performing deck duties, assisting with mooring and cargo operations, maintaining deck equipment, and supporting safe vessel operations. Previous experience in the same position on Aframax Tankers is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and preservation.
• Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and unmooring operations.
• Standing navigational watch as assigned.
• Supporting cargo operations and handling deck equipment.
• Following onboard safety procedures and instructions from deck officers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as AB on Aframax Tankers is mandatory.
• Updated BST MSC 560.
• All documents and certificates valid for more than 18 months.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Valid Able Seafarer Deck certification, where applicable.
• Fluent English communication skills.
