Job Description:
Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced AB / Gangway Operator to join a Heavy Lift Vessel in the UK from 9 September 2026 on a 5 weeks ON / 5 weeks OFF rotation.
Position: AB / Gangway Operator
Key Responsibilities:
• Performing AB duties onboard the Heavy Lift Vessel
• Operating and managing the gangway safely during vessel operations
• Supporting deck, cargo and lifting operations
• Assisting with mooring and general deck activities
• Carrying out routine checks of deck equipment
• Following vessel HSE and safety procedures
Requirements:
• UK Working Rights
• AB CoC
• Gangway Certificate or Stage 2 Crane Operator Certificate
• Passport
• Seaman’s Book
• Medical
• Valid STCW certificates
• GWO Sea Survival — reimbursable
