Job Description:
Elwin Crew Management Inc. is hiring an Ordinary Seaman (OS) for a Container Ship. The OS will assist the deck department with routine maintenance, cleaning, mooring operations, cargo support, and general seamanship duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine deck maintenance and cleaning.
- Support mooring and anchoring operations.
- Assist ABs and deck officers with daily duties.
- Support cargo and deck operations as instructed.
- Follow onboard safety and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Valid Seaman’s Book.
- Relevant OS certification.
- Previous Container Ship experience is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
