Job Description:
Elwin Crew Management Inc. is hiring an experienced Able-Bodied Seaman (AB) for a Container Carrier Vessel. The AB will perform general seamanship and deck maintenance duties and assist with mooring, anchoring, cargo operations, and onboard safety activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general deck maintenance and seamanship duties.
- Assist with mooring, anchoring, berthing, and unberthing.
- Support cargo operations as directed by deck officers.
- Maintain deck equipment and working areas.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Valid AB certification.
- Valid Seaman’s Book.
- Previous Container Carrier Vessel experience is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
