AB for Chemical Tanker Vessel

Job Description

Aaugustea is recruiting 3 Able Seamen for Chemical Tankers. The AB will support the deck department with mooring, cargo operations, deck maintenance, equipment handling, and general seamanship duties.

Previous tanker experience and a FRAMO pumps background are required for the vessel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations.
• Carrying out deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and preservation.
• Supporting cargo equipment and deck machinery operations.
• Participating in safety drills and emergency response.
• Maintaining safe and clean working areas onboard.

Requirements

• Valid AB Certificate / qualification.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Relevant Chemical Tanker experience.
• FRAMO pumps background.
• Valid Seafarer's Book and passport.
• Proficiency in English communication.
