Job Description:
Magsaysay Maritime Corporation is currently recruiting experienced crew members for Cruise Passenger Vessels. The company is seeking qualified candidates for technical and deck positions to support safe vessel operations, maintenance, and guest services onboard modern cruise ships.

- Able Seaman (AB)
- Wiper
- Fitter Mechanic
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Perform duties according to rank and department assignments.
- Carry out maintenance, repair, and inspection of vessel equipment and accommodation areas.
- Ensure safe operation of deck and engineering systems.
- Participate in emergency drills and comply with onboard safety procedures.
- Follow company policies, STCW requirements, and international maritime regulations.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the applied position on Cruise Passenger Vessels is preferred.
- Plumber / Carpenter / Fitter Welder / Fitter Mechanic: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Able Seaman (AB): Minimum 12 months or 2 contracts of shipboard experience in the same position.
- Wiper: Minimum 12 months or 2 contracts of international shipboard experience.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Seaman's Book and Passport.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- NCI Certificate (required for technical positions where applicable).
- Valid travel documents.
- Good English communication skills.
- Last work experience should not be more than 2 years ago.
