General Requirements

• Relevant professional qualifications and experience for the position applied for.
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC), Certificate of Proficiency (COP), or other professional certification appropriate to the role.
• Valid STCW certificates as required for the position.
• Valid medical fitness certificate and Seaman's Book, where applicable.
• Previous cruise liner or passenger vessel experience is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong awareness of onboard safety procedures and applicable maritime requirements.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an international crew.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and commitment to passenger and crew safety.
• For cadet positions, appropriate training documentation and eligibility for onboard training are required.
