Job Description
Diana Corell is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for multiple positions aboard motor yachts operating worldwide.
Opportunities are available across yacht operations, engineering, deck, interior management, household management, housekeeping, and culinary departments.
We are looking for motivated and professional candidates with relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of vessel operations, guest service, and onboard hospitality.
Candidates with previous motor yacht, superyacht, private household, or luxury hospitality experience are encouraged to apply for positions suited to their qualifications and professional background.

Key Responsibilities
Chase Boat Captain
- Operate and navigate the chase boat safely and professionally.
- Conduct pre-departure checks and maintain operational readiness.
- Coordinate guest transfers and activities with the main yacht.
- Ensure compliance with applicable maritime regulations and safety procedures.
Chief Engineer
- Oversee the yacht's engineering department and technical operations.
- Maintain main engines, generators, auxiliary machinery, and technical systems.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure the safe and reliable operation of onboard machinery.
Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, automation, and control systems.
- Monitor power-generation and distribution equipment.
- Carry out inspections, preventive maintenance, and technical repairs.
- Maintain accurate technical records and support safe vessel operations.
Interior Manager
- Lead and coordinate the yacht's interior department.
- Oversee guest services, housekeeping, laundry, and interior presentation.
- Manage team schedules, training, and performance.
- Maintain luxury hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.
Estate Manager
- Coordinate the daily operation and maintenance of a private estate or residential property.
- Supervise household staff and service providers.
- Manage property-related logistics, schedules, and inventory.
- Maintain high standards of organization, discretion, and service.
Travelling Household Manager
- Coordinate household operations across multiple residences or travel locations.
- Organize staff schedules, travel arrangements, and household logistics.
- Manage supplies, vendors, and daily service requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and consistent service standards.
Deckhand
- Carry out deck maintenance, cleaning, polishing, and preservation.
- Assist with mooring, anchoring, tender operations, and guest activities.
- Maintain deck equipment and support safe vessel operations.
- Assist the deck team with daily tasks and onboard safety procedures.
Sole Chef
- Plan and prepare meals according to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Manage menus, provisioning, food storage, and galley operations.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and presentation standards.
- Organize kitchen operations independently and minimize food waste.
Housekeeping Steward(ess)
- Maintain guest cabins and interior areas to luxury standards.
- Perform cleaning, turndown service, and detailed housekeeping.
- Manage linen, laundry, and cleaning supplies.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain high standards of presentation.
Deck / Steward(ess)
- Assist with routine deck maintenance and exterior cleaning.
- Support interior service and housekeeping duties as required.
- Assist with tender operations and guest activities where appropriately qualified.
- Work flexibly across deck and interior departments.
Service Steward(ess)
- Deliver professional food and beverage service to owners and guests.
- Prepare dining areas and service stations.
- Assist with formal dining, events, and personalized guest requests.
- Maintain excellent presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
Cook / Crew Chef
- Prepare daily meals for officers and crew.
- Plan menus and manage food provisioning.
- Maintain galley cleanliness and food safety.
- Ensure efficient catering operations and accommodate dietary requirements where practicable.
General Requirements
- Relevant experience in the position applied for.
- Previous motor yacht, superyacht, luxury hospitality, or private household experience, as appropriate to the role.
- Valid professional qualifications and licenses relevant to the position.
- Valid STCW certificates and ENG1 medical certificate where required for yacht crew positions.
- Appropriate Certificates of Competency and technical certifications for licensed marine and engineering roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English.
- Professional attitude, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment and adapt to the operational requirements of the role.
- Availability for worldwide assignments.
