General Requirements
- Valid STCW, ENG1 Medical, and Passport
- Previous experience onboard private or charter yachts (minimum one season preferred)
- Excellent references from past employers
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong teamwork, professionalism, and discretion
- Presentable appearance and service-oriented attitude
- For engineering roles: relevant licenses and technical certificates required
