Job Description

A-Z Yachting is seeking qualified and experienced crew members for various positions aboard sailing and motor yachts worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform duties according to the assigned position and yacht's operational requirements.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and onboard professionalism.
• Assist with navigation, deck operations, engineering maintenance, hospitality, or food preparation, as applicable to the role.
• Ensure compliance with yacht procedures and relevant maritime regulations.
• Work effectively with fellow crew members to provide a safe and comfortable experience for owners and guests.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and working areas in good condition.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the same or a similar position aboard sailing or motor yachts.
• Valid STCW certificates, as applicable to the position.
• Valid ENG1 or an equivalent accepted seafarer medical certificate, where required.
• Appropriate Certificate of Competency or professional qualifications for officer, skipper, and engineering positions.
• Good English communication skills.
• Professional attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of an international crew.
• Strong commitment to onboard safety and high service standards.
• Additional qualifications and specialist experience may be required depending on the position and yacht.
