Job Description

STAG Yachting is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for multiple positions aboard a Motor Yacht. Candidates with relevant yachting, maritime, culinary, hospitality, or wellness experience are invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Deck and Command Team: Supporting yacht operations, navigation, deck maintenance, crew coordination, and onboard safety.
• Engineering: Maintaining and troubleshooting engines, machinery, and onboard technical systems.
• Galley and Culinary Team: Planning menus, preparing meals, managing provisioning, and maintaining food hygiene standards.
• Interior and Hospitality Team: Delivering high-quality guest service, maintaining interior standards, and supporting housekeeping and onboard hospitality.
• Wellness: Conducting yoga and Pilates sessions and supporting guests’ fitness and wellbeing.
• Following yacht procedures, safety requirements, and professional service standards.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the applied position, preferably aboard motor yachts or in luxury hospitality.
• Appropriate maritime qualifications and valid STCW certificates for applicable deck and engineering positions.
• Relevant professional culinary qualifications or experience for chef and cook positions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.
• Valid passport, medical fitness certificate, and other position-specific documents, where applicable.
• A professional attitude, flexibility, discretion, and the ability to work in an international team.
