Location: Worldwide / Luxury Motor Yachts (60m+ / 40m+)
We are currently recruiting crew for 60m+ and 40m+ Motor Yachts operating worldwide. Opportunities are available for both permanent and temporary contracts (Temp Chief Stew position available).
Candidates must have previous yacht experience relevant to the vessel size and position applied for. Professional presentation, strong teamwork skills, and high service standards are essential due to the luxury yacht environment.

As per yacht operation standards, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring safe navigation and vessel operations (Captain / Officers)
• Engineering maintenance and technical management (Engineers)
• Interior service, housekeeping, and guest care (Interior crew)
• Deck operations, mooring, tender driving, and water sports assistance (Deck crew)
• Delivering high-end hospitality and maintaining luxury standards onboard
• Valid STCW certificates
• ENG1 or valid seafarer medical certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience on 40m+ / 60m+ motor yachts (depending on position)
• Relevant yacht qualifications (OOW, CoC, Y tickets, etc. where applicable)
• Professional appearance and strong references
• Contract Duration: Permanent or Temporary (depending on position)
