GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (varies by position)
- English language level Pre-Intermediate or higher
- Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural team
- Medical fitness for sea service (Seafarer Medical Certificate)
- Clean criminal record (Police Clearance)
- Relevant certificates and qualifications for culinary/technical roles
- Strong customer-service mindset for guest-facing positions
ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES
- Experience in 4–5-star hotels or international hospitality brands
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages
- STCW certificates (preferred; can be obtained after interview)
- Previous cruise ship experience
