GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (varies by position)
• English language level Pre-Intermediate or higher
• Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural team
• Medical fitness for sea service (Seafarer Medical Certificate)
• Clean criminal record (Police Clearance)
• Relevant certificates and qualifications for culinary/technical roles
• Strong customer-service mindset for guest-facing positions

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES

• Experience in 4–5-star hotels or international hospitality brands
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages
• STCW certificates (preferred; can be obtained after interview)
• Previous cruise ship experience
