Viking Crew is currently recruiting qualified and experienced maritime and hospitality professionals to join an international Cruise Liner fleet operating worldwide.
The company is seeking highly motivated officers, engineers, electro-technical personnel, hotel management professionals, chefs, housekeeping staff, food & beverage personnel, and guest services specialists to deliver exceptional operational performance and world-class passenger service onboard modern cruise vessels.
Successful candidates should possess relevant cruise ship experience, valid maritime certifications where applicable, strong English communication skills, and a commitment to safety, professionalism, and outstanding guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned department and company procedures
- Maintain the highest standards of passenger service and safety
- Ensure compliance with ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and company HSE policies
- Support safe navigation, engineering, hotel, housekeeping, culinary, or hospitality operations depending on assigned role
- Maintain operational documentation and departmental records
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety training
- Work effectively within an international multicultural crew
- Deliver exceptional guest experience while maintaining company service standards
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied position
- Cruise ship experience preferred
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package (for marine and engineering positions)
- Valid Certificate of Competency (where applicable)
- Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills (hotel and hospitality positions)
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a multicultural international environment
