Job Description
A luxury Motor Yacht operating worldwide is seeking experienced and service-oriented crew members to join its professional onboard team. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, hospitality, vessel operations, and guest service in line with yachting industry expectations.
Open Positions & Salaries
- Chief Engineer – EUR €10,000
- Chief Officer – EUR €8,500
- Butler – EUR €6,000
- Head of Housekeeping – EUR €6,000
- Head of Service – EUR €5,000
- Deckhand / Carpenter – EUR €4,000
- Cook / Steward – EUR €6,000
- Second Steward – EUR €4,200
Requirements
- Relevant yacht experience in the applied position
- Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certificates
- Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Good level of English communication
- Strong service mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural crew environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
