Job Description
We are seeking experienced and professional crew members to join a luxury Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and vessel operations in line with international maritime and yachting standards. Positions are available across deck, engine, and interior departments.

Deck Department
- Captain – USD 16,000
- 1st Mate – USD 9,000
- Bosun – USD 5,000
- Deck/Steward(ess) – USD 4,000
Engine Department
- Chief Engineer – USD 11,000
Interior & Galley
- Executive / Head Chef – USD 9,000
- Sole Chef – USD 9,000
- Sole Steward(ess) – USD 5,000
- 2nd Steward(ess) – EUR 4,500
Key Responsibilities
- Safe navigation and operation of the yacht
- Engine room management and technical maintenance (engineering roles)
- High-end guest service and interior upkeep (interior roles)
- Meal preparation and galley operations to luxury yacht standards (chef roles)
- Compliance with safety, security, and service protocols
- Maintaining a professional, discreet, and guest-focused environment
Requirements
- Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
- Valid ENG 1 Medical Certificate
- B1/B2 Visa (mandatory)
- Minimum 1–2 years longevity on previous yachts
- Previous experience on similar-size motor yachts preferred
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
- Professional appearance, teamwork mindset, and high service standards
