Job Description:

We are currently recruiting qualified and experienced professionals to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide.

The yacht is seeking crew members for senior deck and engineering positions, as well as professional culinary, interior, housekeeping, wellness, and spa roles. Candidates should have relevant yacht or maritime experience, a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a high-standard international yacht crew.

Positions Available:

• Captain — EUR €12,000/month 
• Sole Engineer — EUR €9,500/month 
• Chief Officer / 1st Mate — USD $7,000/month 
• Bosun — EUR €4,500/month 
• Deckhand — USD $4,000/month 
• Executive / Head Chef — EUR €10,000/month 
• Sole Chef — EUR €6,500/month 
• Sous / 2nd Chef — EUR €5,000/month 
• Chief Steward(ess) — EUR €7,500/month 
• Head of Housekeeping — EUR €4,000/month 
• Yoga / Pilates Instructor — EUR €4,500/month 
• Spa Therapist / Steward(ess) — EUR €3,500/month 
• 2nd Steward(ess) — EUR €3,000/month 

Requirements:

•  Relevant experience in the same or similar position 
•  Previous Motor Yacht / Superyacht experience preferred 
•  Valid STCW certificates applicable to the position 
•  Valid medical fitness certificate 
•  Relevant professional qualifications and certifications for specialized positions 
•  Good command of English 
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
•  Professional appearance and attitude 
•  Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural crew 
•  Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards 
•  Valid passport and relevant maritime/yacht documentation
