Job Description:

A professional yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members to join a Motor Yacht operating in European waters.

Selected candidates will be responsible for navigation support, deck maintenance, guest hospitality services, housekeeping duties, onboard medical assistance, and ensuring high standards of safety and luxury service onboard.

This is an excellent opportunity for yacht professionals with strong hospitality skills, yachting experience, and the ability to work in a high-standard multicultural environment.

Open Positions & Salaries:

Deck Department

•  1st Mate – EUR (€)6,000 
•  Lead Deckhand – EUR (€)3,800 
•  Deckhand – EUR (€)3,000 
•  Deck/Steward – EUR (€)3,100 

Interior & Medical Department

•  Chief Steward – EUR (€)7,500 
•  Nurse – EUR (€)4,500 

Requirements:

•  Valid STCW certification 
•  Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer medical certificate 
•  Previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred 
•  Good command of English 
•  Strong guest service and communication skills 
•  Professional appearance and positive attitude 
•  Ability to work effectively in multicultural yacht crew environments 
•  Strong teamwork and flexibility onboard
