Job Description:
We are hiring qualified Indonesian seafarers for a RO-RO Passenger Vessel. The crew will join the vessel in Europe as part of an international operation. Candidates with previous experience on passenger or RO-RO vessels will be preferred. Holding a Schengen visa will be considered an advantage. This recruitment is for multiple positions across deck, engine, electrical, and hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Safe operation and support of vessel activities according to rank
• Navigation, engine maintenance, or hotel services depending on position
• Ensuring compliance with international maritime standards
• Supporting vessel operations during voyages and port activities
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Indonesian nationality (mandatory)
• Relevant experience based on rank
• Schengen visa is an advantage
