Job Description
Arrow Yacht is currently recruiting experienced yacht professionals to join a Private Motor Yacht operating on international cruising itineraries.
The company is seeking qualified deck officers, engineers, chefs, and interior crew with previous luxury yacht experience who are committed to delivering exceptional service, maintaining the highest standards of safety, and supporting efficient onboard operations.

Engineering Department
- Second Engineer — USD 6,500/month
- Third Engineer — EUR 5,000/month
Deck Department
- Second Officer — EUR 6,000/month
- Third Officer — EUR 4,500/month
- Deckhand — EUR 3,500/month
Galley Department
- Sole Chef — USD 6,500/month
- Sous / Second Chef — EUR 6,000/month
Interior Department
- Chief Steward / Stewardess — EUR 7,000/month
- Second Steward / Stewardess — EUR 5,500/month
- Steward / Stewardess — EUR 3,500/month
Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and yacht operational procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of guest service and professionalism.
- Operate and maintain navigational, engineering, galley, or interior systems.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness of assigned areas.
- Comply with SOLAS, STCW, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response activities.
- Support smooth day-to-day yacht operations.
- Work effectively within a professional multinational crew.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied position onboard Private or Luxury Motor Yachts is preferred.
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions.
- Valid Passport, Seaman's Book (where applicable), and Medical Certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong guest service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- High professional standards and attention to detail.
- Physically and medically fit for sea service.
