Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced and professional crew members to join a Motor Yacht operating across the UAE, Turkey, and EU.
We are seeking qualified maritime and hospitality professionals who can provide a high standard of service and operate effectively within a professional yacht environment.
Open Positions & Monthly Salary:
- Captain — EUR 13,000
- Chief Engineer — EUR 10,000
- Sole Engineer — EUR 8,000
- 2nd Officer — EUR 5,000
- Bosun — EUR 4,500
- Head of Service — EUR 4,500
- Steward(ess) — EUR 3,500
- Housekeeping Steward(ess) — EUR 3,000
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Performing duties according to the assigned position and yacht operating procedures.
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and professional yacht operations.
- Maintaining high standards of guest service, housekeeping, deck operations, or engineering as applicable.
- Following onboard safety, environmental, and maritime regulations.
- Working effectively as part of a professional and multicultural yacht crew.
Requirements:
- Relevant professional experience in the applied position.
- Valid STCW certificates applicable to the position.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (COC), where applicable.
- Valid Passport and seafarer/yacht documents.
- Good English communication skills.
- Previous motor yacht / superyacht experience is preferred.
- Professional appearance, strong teamwork, and a service-oriented attitude for guest-facing positions.
- Ability to work in an international yacht environment.

- Salary: EUR 3,000–13,000 per month, depending on position and experience.
