Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Deliver high-quality guest service and uphold hospitality standards
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
• Support daily department operations (galley, restaurant, hotel, deck, or engine)
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth onboard service
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (for marine crew)
• Relevant experience in cruise, hospitality, or maritime sector
• English communication proficiency
• Medical fitness certificate
• South African citizenship (mandatory)
