Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and professional yacht crew members for a Private Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for safe vessel operations, engineering performance, deck duties, interior service, and guest satisfaction, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and discretion expected on board a private yacht.

• Chief Officer – EUR (€) 7,500
• 2nd Engineer – EUR (€) 6,000
• Sole Chef – EUR (€) 7,000
• Purser – EUR (€) 6,500
• Chief Steward – EUR (€) 6,500
• 2nd Steward – EUR (€) 3,750
• Housekeeping Steward – EUR (€) 3,000
• Deckhand – EUR (€) 2,800

Requirements

• Previous experience in the applied position on Private or Luxury Motor Yachts
• Valid STCW certification and seafarer documents
• Valid medical certificate
• Strong service mindset and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Discretion, reliability, and flexibility
