Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe operation and navigation of the yacht
- Maintain engineering, mechanical, and technical systems
- Supervise deck operations, maintenance, and tender activities
- Deliver exceptional service in support of owner and guest operations
- Maintain the yacht to the highest luxury standards
- Ensure compliance with Flag State regulations, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and company HSE procedures
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response activities
- Work effectively within an international professional yacht crew
Requirements
General Requirements
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) appropriate to the applied position
- Previous experience in the applied rank aboard private or charter yachts preferred
- Valid passport
- Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer's medical certificate
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and guest service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
