The company is recruiting qualified officers, engineers, and deck personnel for permanent positions aboard luxury yachts. Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe operation and navigation of the yacht
• Maintain engineering, mechanical, and technical systems
• Supervise deck operations, maintenance, and tender activities
• Deliver exceptional service in support of owner and guest operations
• Maintain the yacht to the highest luxury standards
• Ensure compliance with Flag State regulations, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and company HSE procedures
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response activities
• Work effectively within an international professional yacht crew

Requirements

General Requirements

• Valid STCW 2010 certification package
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) appropriate to the applied position
• Previous experience in the applied rank aboard private or charter yachts preferred
• Valid passport
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer's medical certificate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and guest service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Physically and medically fit for sea service
