Job Description
A luxury Motor Yacht operating in European waters is currently seeking experienced hospitality and service professionals to join its onboard team.
Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining luxury interior standards, supporting housekeeping operations, providing wellness and personal care services, and ensuring a first-class guest experience onboard.
This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals with previous yacht, cruise ship, luxury hotel, or private residence experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service and hospitality
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and interior presentation
- Support daily housekeeping, laundry, and cabin preparation
- Assist with food and beverage service activities
- Provide wellness, grooming, and personal care services where applicable
- Maintain inventory and guest supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout guest areas
- Comply with yacht safety procedures and company policies
- Support teamwork and efficient yacht operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same position preferred
- Yacht, cruise ship, luxury hotel, or private household experience is an advantage
- Valid STCW certification preferred
- Valid seafarer medical certificate (where applicable)
- Valid passport and travel documents
- Excellent English communication skills
- Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in an international team
- Relevant professional qualifications for Nurse and Hairdresser/Barber positions
