Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe operation of the vessel according to assigned rank
- Maintain compliance with STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE policies
- Perform navigational, engineering, electrical, or technical management duties
- Maintain operational readiness of onboard systems and equipment
- Support passenger safety and emergency preparedness
- Participate in safety drills and onboard inspections
- Maintain accurate operational and maintenance documentation
- Work effectively within a multinational cruise ship environment
Requirements
- Previous cruise vessel experience is mandatory for all officer positions
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) appropriate to the applied rank
- Valid passport and seafarer's medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong leadership, technical, and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a multicultural passenger vessel environment
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
